  3. Notify us for assistance.

We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier errors.

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void replacement eligibility.
